Match in footnote but not main text?

Why is the "Julian of Norwich" in the text of the book not counted as a match but rather only the occurrence in a footnote?

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

    Because Norwich and Norwich's are different words e.g. try "Julian of Norwich's"

    It is the same with God and God's.
