why doesn't word study show any results for Greek/Hebrew when using Logos online....but when I look up the verse on my phone in the Logos app and look up the same word in the verse it shows everything??

Please provide a few more details
When you see the behaviour you describe are you using the desktop app or the web app?
And how are you invoking the word study?
A screenshot (use the paperclip icon to insert it) could help show what you are describing
