Reader Response Theory in Biblical Interpretation

I am looking to determine the theory of reader response criticism. Any source suggestions are appreciated.

For topics like this, the Factbook is usually the best place to start. There is an article for Reader Response Theory. But chapter 15 of Paula Gooder's book on hermeneutics is also a good resource.
