Notes reference issue

Hi,

In looking up some cross references I noticed something odd in regard to some notes that I have made over the past few weeks. I have two note files and have noticed that my most current note file is wrongly being referenced instead of an earlier one I made

 

            

 

 

Is there any known way of reverting this?

my notes are acting up too, and not linking to the verse i'm in.  if i'm in, say, 1 timothy 1, my notes from genesis 1 will show, and i'll have to scroll down to the 1 tim notes
