Search for every time Jesus spoke about the Word of God...

I am interested in the results that I am getting from the Bible Browser versus Search using syntax.

Using the Bible Browser with Speaker:Jesus and Senses:Word of God I am only getting 8 results.

With the Search tool and the following search string: speakerJesus INTERSECTS sense:"word of God" I am getting quite a few more results.

I get even more results adding "OR sense:scripture OR sense:commandment" which is more of what I was after.

Any idea why the Bible Browser has such constrained results?

On a side note: I am realizing that learning some syntax can greatly enhance results and search options.

The Bible Sense Lexicon shows that there are three subordinate entries to the term word of God (left of screenshot).

The Bible Browser Tool just searches for the actual sense (not its subordinates) while the Bible Search function, by default, searches for the term and all its subordinates. You can constrain the search for just the term itself using an equals sign (right of screenshot)

What I had in mind is being able to take a sense such as "word of God" and drag other senses into it such as "scripture" or "Torah" to create a user defined sense. It would be an arbitrary system but would allow one to expand or limit what is associated with any particular sense.

If you find superset or subset meanings missing, they should be reported as data errors. However, if what you mean to do is add synonyms for meanings in the Bible Sense Lexicon - I strongly support that not only on a individual level but more broadly, I think Logos should expand the Bible sense lexicon as well.

If you think I'm nuts claiming the data is already there, have you examined the Relationships section on the left side bar? It makes more explicit what the diagram is trying to show.
