I have the book in Logos. I have carefully read the front matter and the bibliography. It is a well-researched book, written carefully by a former attorney. I personally would recommend that anyone making a study of Bible prophecy take great care to study the massive scholarly three-volume work on this subject by George N. H. Peters titled The Theocratic Kingdom, a work available in Logos Bible Software. Unfortunately, the author of Biblical Eschatology makes no reference to this source. He does make a balanced reference to many other valuable books and articles on each of several sides of disputed issues. Many of the resources he refers to are in my Logos library and are helpfully linked.

Weird. When that page first comes up, the box on the right (where the price/buy button would be) says, in grey, "This product is not currently available to purchase." But then that rapidly changes to say "This product is only available for purchase in one of the collections below." However there are no collections listed below where you normally see those. There is a link, though: "Delve more into eschatology with the Wipf & Stock Eschatology Collection (2 vols.)." But when I click on that link it has the same issue with the grey text and no larger collections in which to purchase that collection. I already own Jesus the Bridegroom which is part of this little collection, but not the other. Too bad the other book is no longer available to purchase.
Faithlife needs to fix the website to not indicate that it might be buyable.
