Can't Get DBL Hebrew to Show Up in the Listing

I have attached a screen shot of my priorities. For some reason I cannot get DBL Hebrew to appear when choosing a Hebrew Lemma or a Strong's Number [after right clicking on an English word from the text]. Any suggestions?
