Keyboard Shortcuts for Layouts

Is there a way to set a keyboard shortcut to load a particular layout?

2015 13" MacBook Pro - 2 Ghz Intel i7 - 16 GB RAM - 500GB SSD - 2018 iMac Pro - 3.2GHz 8-core Xeon - both systems running OS 10.14.3 (Mojave)

    I'm not sure about a keyboard shortcut, but I know that you can drag your specific layout to the tool bar and open it with one click.

    So I haven't found another way to do this but what I've done to be able to open layouts from my streamdeck is add specific layouts (and other functions) to my favorites. Favorites > Application > Quick Links... from quick links you can set a specific keyboard shortcut to open it.
