Book not appearing in Library

I need some advice. I recently bought a copy of the Quran via my Faithlife Plus membership. I am allowed three e-books per month. I need this copy for an evangelism project I am working on.
The book shows up under my account as being ordered. But it is not in my library.
Over the past week, I have sent two emails to Faithlife. NO REPLY.
Faithlife might be working on this; I have no way of knowing.
I should also say that the other books purchased as part of this three e-books a month promotion were downloaded to my library.
I need some advice as to what further steps I can take.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
Leaving you in God's Care and Grace
Phil

Does the product page confirm your ownership? If so go to your library and search by book title or authors name and see if the book appears.

Restart Logos as that may change things.
In Library, look for them under the sidebar menu for Devices > Not on this device. Right-click and Download them if necessary.
In the Command box enter update resources.
Otherwise, we will need some logs (use the paper-clip icon to upload the compressed file).

Did you accidentally hide the book? Look in the bottom of Program Settings.

Thanks, Dave.
I tracked the problem down.
The book is titled The Quran,
but I received a book titled Understanding the Quran.
I opened it, and indeed it was a translation of the Quran.
Mystery solved.
