I have photographs I want to use for slides in PROCLAIM and was wondering how I would set them up as slides in SERMON BUILDER so I can operate them from my sermon text.

I know I can create slides using SERMON BUILDER but they are more generic than I typically create.  I know how to create JPGs from POWERPOINT slides and input them into PROCLAIM.  But I have not yet figured out how or If I can include them as slides in SERMON BUILDER and operate them from that feature as I teach the lesson.

    Scott,

It sounds like you're trying to import your personal photos into Sermon Builder and make them into slides within the media tool.  I'm going to provide you some walkthrough steps below and after you walk through them, if that's not what you were trying to accomplish, just let me know with additional details on what you're trying to do and I'll help out where I can.

If you want to bring in photos to Sermon Builder to a blank area...

    1) Make sure your sermon document is open in Sermon Builder

    2) Place the photo file on your computer desktop

    3) Click and drag the photo file from your desktop and drop it into Sermon Builder

    4) This should create a new slide after a few seconds of it going through an import process

    5) You can now click on the slide thumbnail on the left side of the Sermon Builder line and click the "Edit" button if you want to make any changes to it

If you want to bring in a photo to Sermon Builder to replace a currently existing slide background...

    1) Click on the slide within Sermon Builder you want to change

    2) Choose the "Edit" option which will open the Media tool

    3) Click the "Upload Media" button in the middle of the toolbar along the top of the window

    4) Find the file on your computer and click "Open"

    5) Once the "Uploading Media" process is done, you can make any desired edits

    6) Make sure you click on "Update Media" in the top left area to make sure this change is finalized

Again, hopefully this helps.  However, if you're trying to accomplish something different, please let me know and I'll be happy to assist again.
