I Pad won't sync
I write my sermons on my iMac and preach off my iPad. my sermons aren't syncing to my iPad. Ive logged onto my faithlife and I see them there they just aren't making it to the iPad.
notes and highlights are coming through but not my sermons.
Im running iPadOS 16.4.1 and macOS Ventura 13.3.1, both software is up to date.
I use the same log in credentials for both iPad and Mac

Hi Damon, this may be implied in your post, but just to clarify, have you tried tapping the sync icon on both the desktop app and mobile app? When you tap the sync icon on the mobile app, do you see a red exclamation mark?
Your logs may be able to tell us more. Can you please send us logs using the instructions below:
- Open the mobile app
- Tap the hamburger icon in the bottom right corner (three horizontal lines)
- Scroll down and tap Help
- Tap Report a Problem
- Tap Send

Yes, Ive synced from both online and the app. It doesn't show up online just on the app when I sync.

When you are writing your sermons on your iMac, where specifically are you writing them? Are you on the Logos desktop app that's downloaded to your Mac? Are you on the web app (app.logos.com)? Or are you using the Faithlife Sermons site (sermons.faithlife.com)?
Knowing this information will help me and our development team begin to try to pinpoint where the specific issue is.

Thanks for following up on that. From this information, I'll ask you to try the following...
- In the “More” menu of the iPad app, which looks like three horizontal lines on top of each other, there is a “Sync your data” button near the bottom. Tap it, let it finish. If there are sync errors, it will have an exclamation point
- If you are seeing the exclamation point, go just below that and click on the "Help" button and then choose the "Report a Problem" option, which will send the application logs to us so that we can dive in further to see what may be happening.
