Hi. When you hold on a word for the 'Word Info' I get Strongs for the New Testament but 'Enhanced Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew...' for the Old Testament. Is there a way to change it so that it is Strongs for both? THanks.

Hi Andy - and welcome to the forums

Is there a way to change it so that it is Strongs for both? THanks.

This is controlled by Prioritization - with your highest prioritised matching lexicon being used.

Setting this up is outlined in the article at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019683652-Prioritize-Books. This needs to be done on desktop and it then syncs with the mobile apps.

Do you have a Logos desktop installation?

While Andy's re-prioritizing, maybe some learning discussion.

I looked at this problem before Graham's easy solution.  But it took some work, to review each resource (Strongs vs BDB) to deduce the problem.  After much erroneous deduction, the described situation could only occur, if BDB were prioritized above Strongs (we're assuming no advanced). And the Strongs volume in use, is capable of responding to lemmas (several are Strongs numbers). Not sure about EBDB.

I only point this out, to suggest the old Libronix index tool would save a lot of time. I'm not even sure it's strictly for 'advanced' use.  It'd be nice to be able to see which books (resources) use which indices.  I'd do the same on Logos.com.  I've accidentally bought resources that have great indices.

    Hi Graham,

Thanks so much for this. Worked instantly once I changed it on desktop in the prioritised section. I'm not sure I'd have ever found that section so thanks very much for taking the time to respond.
