Resource BUG: Talk Thru the Bible Outlines not tagged

I just got Talk Thru the Bible in the Thomas Nelson sale. It has some very nice outlines in it, but unfortunately they are not tagged as outline text.

Also, this resource is basically a bible handbook. Shouldn't it be classified and type:Handbook? It even calls itself a handbook in the product description:
