Error when trying to add a physical book to my library

I keep getting this error "There was an error communicating with the server" when I try to add a physical book that I have to the library in Logos 10.  I am using a 2023 Macbook M2 Pro running MacOS v13.3.1 (Ventura).

I would appreciate any help in this regard.

Have you tried restarting your computer? Have you tried a different internet connection? Different book?
