Verse List: scrolling down is messing up the text

In Verse List when scrolling down the text is mixing up. See picture.
Logos 24.1.21 on MacBook Air M1 Ventura 13.3.1
Content and Program scaling in settings 100%

Resizing window or scrolling up straightens it out, but will return again when scrolling down. Annoying

Seems to be happening in Verse Lists only. What could be the problem causing this?

Passage List (in English versions) does not do this in Windows.

Which is great to hear, but doesn't solve the problem.

FYI: I am using the English version. But I called it mistakenly verse list while it should be Passage List. Apologies.

It seems to be a known issue, as it was also existing in Logos 23.1.33: 214372.aspx
But not solved in Logos 24.1.21
