Notes by "others"

When I open the Notes tool, I see almost 2,000 notes by "others". I know I can filter the view of the notes so that I only see ones I've created, but it would be great if these notes by "others" didn't enter into my Logos experience at all. Can I remove them from my Notes tool?

Can I remove them from my Notes tool?

These will be from notebooks that you have accessed as part of a shared group or when you have addd a public notebook into your Logos environment (at least that's the case for me).

So you could identify the notebooks - filter the Notes Tool by Author -> Others to do this, and see which Notebooks contain such notes.

You could then look at the list of notebooks, find the ones containing Other notes and delete them. But this would remove any notes in those notebooks that you have created as well.

    Thank you, Graham!

That works for some of the notes, but now I have over 1,200 notes that have a padlock icon indicating that they're locked and I cannot delete them. Is there a way to deal with these?

It's solved. The remaining notes were all part of two courses, one that I own and another than I have temporary access to. I left the groups on faithlife.com and the noted disappeared. Whew! Thank you for your help!
