"Run as Administrator" issues

I've had a problem like this before, but my usual work around isn't working this time. It's getting a bit frustrating that this keeps happening.

However, when I try to start Logos using the Run as... dialog, I end up getting a repeat of the same messages.

Get the installer from here:

Then just install on top of th eexisting installation.
