Suggestion: Read only menu option on individual notes

Sometimes my notes modify accidentally (user error) so change position in list - I can't use created date as many are several days thoughts.. but don't want it changing date due to accident 

It would be helpful to have a read only flag to protect content from my folly, if I can suggest it please?
