Reordering Layouts
I used to be able to drag a saved layout up/down the left side of the Layouts pane to reposition it; it seems that now I can only 'shortcut' it to the toolbar.
This would be 'ok', I suppose, were the toolbars specific to desktop installations (my spouse could have one arrangement, I, another), but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Logos 9; 24.1.21
Win 11 x64 [22H2; 22621.1555]; i7-12700, 32GB 2T (SSS, loath to say 'drive'.)

I don't recall ever being able to control the sequence of the layouts so I can't help. But you can make a suggestion for the feature.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I'm not sure to what you are alluding, but I have installations for Logos 9 plus the current version, and:
- Saved layouts cannot be dragged in the pane (how does this help matters?)
- Saved Layouts and toolbar content are sync'd between installations.
- If your spouse shares/uses your installation(s), she will have access to the same layouts and it is possible to load a different layout in another installation of yours via the Startup options in Tools > Program Settings.
- The current saved layout can be saved as another named layout without deleting the original (under NOW in Layouts).

Thank you, Dave.
I typed a long point-by-point ….
But, I'll suggest that with our single account, with two broadly eclectically used, user-specific installations, with varied interests on any given day, click-dragging named layouts over the course of a week and month and season would be easier for us as we use Logos.(With toolbar shortcuts being a distant second.)
(I'll allow that dragging is a false memory, having emerged from a deep rabbit hole.)

I prefer clicking[:D]
As Saved layouts are ordered alphabetically, you can prefix them with a short code to indicate yours/hers or common layouts with a code for preference e.g. 01-Layout1, 02-Layout2, DH-Layout1, MS-Layout1. You can rename them without destroying their fundamental identity, but the order will be the same on both installations.
<Legal> You state "our single account" but the license conditions permit only a single user per account (no sharing). You can have multiple installations on devices owned by you, but each is for your use.
<non-Legal, at your own risk> casual use by other family members used to be permitted. <I won't engage in a discussion on this point>.

Thanks Dave.
We do such 'numbering', but renaming layouts as our eclectic focus changes presents a changing landscape.
I/we did studiously maintain separation, with one free account, one full account. However, during a support exchange a few years ago the situation came up tangentially; support's response was that one-device-each spouses get a pass.
We don't even rip CDs, then pass them on.

Did I miss something? I thought with Logos, they consider husband and wife one unit therefore the program can be shared only between husband and wife...has that changed?

The “Legalese“ has been tightened, but you likely have nothing to worry about. I communicated with Bob about it and he chose not to clarify it (to say that things were now impermissible). The issue isn’t simply FL… there are licensing agreements with publishers.

My spouse and I thank you, JT and Pastor Don.

I haven't checked JT's referenced changes, but from back-when, spouses not professionally paired (eg 2 pastors, etc). Picky, picky!
