Unfortuantly, it does not appear that FL has a "type" for audiobook. The catch all type is "media collection." Filtering your library for "media collection" and then typing "audio" will probably get most/all of them.
As for audio coursework, I know nothing of those. I assume they would also be under "media collection," and my suggestion above may or may not include them when you type "audio."

How do I search my library for:
1.Audio Books
2. Audio Coursework
Your other filter could be "Courseware Media Collection" which includes video and audio. But use Courses (Tools menu) if you wish to use the courseware as intended.

Interestingly though, the mobile app can filter audio books...
That would be a nice feature to have in the desktop app too.
