I’m in the process of watching a mobile ed video I’ve not downloaded. Unfortunately, it’s started buffering constantly after app restarts and laptop reboots. This with 16gb ram and a 1TB SSD half full and current Nvidia, Intel and Windows 11 updates. I recently had a deep dive ‘health check’ done by BestBuy which they perform in-house. I was told it’s their proprietary version of an mri used to examine at the ‘cellular’ level if you will. Turned out fine. Various streaming on multiple devices hasn’t been a problem. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with a mobile ed vid. Last time, I resorted to d/ling it to avoid the problem thinking it might be a temporary matter and resolved. Doing what I know to eliminate issues on my end, that I am.
I posted this as an issue in January, 2022 and was advised that it was a ‘known issue’:

If possible, I’d prefer to avoid hoisting these files on my laptop each time (and then removing them).
Is there an update or progress on this? Are these files encouraged/intended to be downloaded or only as an option?
Should I simply assume a d/l is advisable each time?
