Best resources for DSS, Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha?

I've got the 2-volume RH Charles set of the apocrypha and pseudepigrapha (A&P). However, about 75% of links in other books to books in the A&P don't work, which is extremely frustrating to say the least.
What's the best set of A&P resources to get so that 100% of hyperlinks to A&P books will work? Similarly, what's the best resource to get so that 100% of hyperlinks to the Qumran materials will work?
Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

Charlesworth is your standard; pretty reliable links (pseudepigrapha). Apocrypha, almost any Bible that has deuterocanon.

DSS depends more on how you want to use them (eg glosses, morphed, etc).
And even with Charlesworth, I still use a lot of Charles; good opinions.

Can you give some examples? In general, apocrypha and pseudepigrapha are given tagging (milestones) that allow any version of the text that you own to be linked. It shouldn't depend upon the version you happen to own. However, this literature has some historical quirks such as two reference systems (one treating it as non-Biblical literature, one treating it as Bible). With some examples, I could check to see if you've found an error in the referencing.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Seeing your query, I started looking at the references in Charles' Pseudepigrapha ... the references are odd. For example in Jubilees, the reference at the start of a chapter will be 'The Book of Jubilees 2.2' (prefixed by 'The book of'). But after maybe 5-8 'verses', it settles down to the normal 'Jubilees 2.9' as an example. And remains normal, until the next chapter, when the prefix re-appears.
That might explain the reporting.
Charles' Apocrypha looks ok (uses Bible references).

Ouch ... sounds like a mess to report as a bug

Upon further checking, it looks like part of the problem might be with how I'm reading. I do about 95% of my Logos reading on a Kindle Fire with the Logos v8 app. I read offline, but have Charles' A&P downloaded to it. It works well, but I'm getting the 'Not Available' errors with it.
Here's an example - 'Jesus and the Victory of God' by NT Wright, page 451, footnote 32. If I use my Android App, I get 'Not Available' error. If I use the web app, I get the pop-ups correctly. However, it's going to another of my resources (Hermeneia), and not Charles' A&P.

This is controlled by the priority of the resources. Logos provides the highest priority book with the specified milestone. Many footnotes are not linked - it depends upon the order in which resources were added to Logos, if the Logos book is the same edition as the one referenced, and if there were no errors in processing.
