How can I find a copy of the Muratorian Fragment? I have googled it but cannot find anything.
I used Bing and got a couple of sites offering a copy e.g. https://www.academia.edu/40024079/Muratorian_Fragment
I have this book which has a good analysis of the Muratorian Fragment, including the 85 lines we have recovered:

In contrast to Don's suggestion (which is a good resource), the latest salvo is below (not unexpected: early-dating preferred).
The Date of the Muratorian Fragment: An Inference to the Best Explanation
This one tries to apply IBE or Inference to the Best Evidence approach (ergo the title). The Kindle is only $3 but won't run on Kindles (demands a PC/Mac). I've gone through it lightly, primarily to see how dependencies are handled. Liberty University.
EDIT: OK. It's interesting; basically a criticism of the above resource (Don's suggestion), vs traditions, cast in a 'this looks better' analysis. The multitude of opinions being thrown about, would have to be mapped out, to see exactly what the dependencies are. As an example, apparently the fragment finder didn't see its canon-significance; rather its really poor (late) latin. And the book's logic doesn't deal with, if X (perceived unlikely) is actually true, how would IBE portray it.
