How can I find what non-canonical sources and other sources were used in Luke?
The intertext label of Logos should work. It has a documentation manual for details.
How do I do this?
follow the examples in Brannan, Rick. Noncanonical Texts’ Use of the Bible: Dataset Documentation. Bellingham, WA: Faithlife, 2017.
I may have spoken too soon ... this may not go the direction your need.
I thought you meant the OT/NT intertext tool, which does pick up Luke's similarity to the apocrypha (narrowed canon).
Thanks MJ and DMB I am trying to figure out the similarity between Luke and the other NT writers as well as the non canonical sources Luke used in his Passion Narrative as that is part of my thesis research essay. Any further thoughts are appreciated?
