Bug: Trying to open menu to link panels
When I click the three dots to bring up the menu, the menu just flashes open and goes away. Sometimes I can hold the mouse button down to keep the menu showing and scroll over to click "A" to get it to work. Other times it will flash open, close, and open again and stay open.

Hi Doug - and welcome to the forums
I'm not seeing the behaviour you describe on either Windows or Mac.
Please provide some more details including which version of Logos software you are running and on which version of which platform.
And which resource(s) do you see this happening - or is it all of them?

Is this on Windows or Mac?
And do you have Program or Content Scaling set to anything other than 100%? (These can be adjusted in the Program Settings panel and can sometimes be the cause of strange behaviour like you are describing)

Oh. Sorry. I am using Windows 11.
I recorded a short video with the windows 'snipping tool' to demonstrate but I cannot get it to attach.

This happens to me frequently ... it happens when I still have the mouse in motion and before the menu is up. Crossing from the three dot "kebab" into the non-existent menu closes the menu.

This has been a problem since version 10. It is not a problem for me (at the moment!) on 110/90 scaling, but it does occur at 100/1000 scaling.

I got it working. I tried what Dave Hooton posted: Content Scaling 110% ; Programming Scaling 90%.
Alt will not open the panel but it does close it.

Ok. Yes that works, even when the scaling settings are set back to 100%.
