BUG: Horizontal Scrolling through tabs [macOS 13.3.1 (a) running Logos v. 25]

A forum user indicated that he was unable to scroll horizontally through panel tabs. I tested it out and had no troubles doing so. Later, however, another forum member said that they were having troubles so I tested again... and I had problems. I trouble shooted for a bit and believe I have found something reproduceable. 

1. Open Logos in FULL screen on macOS. 
2. Ensure that there are enough tabs open to facilitate the need to horizontal scroll. 
3. Use two finger swipe to horitontal scroll the tabs (should work). 
4. Use a three finger swipe to move to a different desktop
5. Use a three finger swipe to move back to Logos desktop
6. two finger swipe does NOT work for me.
7. Move cursor to TOP of screen to show title bar and Logos menu. 
8. Two finger scroll now works. 

I don't know if this is a macOS bug or a Logos one.
