25.1.53 (may be 25.0.38) Notes RTF Issue

Noticed today after 25.1.53 (may be a 25.0.38 issue) was installed that I can no longer select mixed font size text in Notes and change all to one font size.  The following graphic has the same font style, but the font size is 11 (typed into the note) and 12 (pasted into the Note).  FYI, system setting for font size is 11.

I've selected all the text and then the desired font size from the dropdown menu, typical of the process used.  The selected font size would then be applied to all the selected text.  But now it does not, instead have to select the individual text that has a font size I desire to change and then change just that selection.  More tedious than it was.  This may have surfaced after the 25.0.38 update, but I only typed into Notes and did not desire to change font size.

Please advise.

    I have successfully replicated the issue and would like to propose a temporary solution until a fix is released. It appears that when attempting to apply a font size that matches the selected text, problems arise as you have discovered. However, by selecting a different font size, other than 11 or 12, in your case,  you can correctly modify the entire font. Subsequently, you can revert the font size back to 11 or 12, depending on your preference.

    To illustrate, you can select all the text and change the font size to 18, and then proceed to revert it back to 11. This approach may save you time compared to individually modifying each paragraph.
