Missing resources after buying Logos 10 Full Feature Upgrade
Hello,
I bought the upgrade a couple of weeks ago and was looking through the list of items I should have in my library.
Seems there are several that are not downloaded and these are NOT the ones listed with the asterisk.
I have updated all resources and opened and closed my application several times and have not received these resources.
Can you help me, please?

Lane, it looks like your examples are interlinears or reverse interlinears, which will not be listed in your library separate from their respective Bibles.
If you click on a Bible you know you own, look for the little alpha/omega icon on the resource bar, and click on it. The down-arrow allows selection of rows.

DMB,
That makes sense. Thank you for that.
So, I have all these interlinears but now I need to go buy the Bible that goes with that interlinear? Like MEV and ESV Catholic version?
Checking further, I have found 2 workflows that I don't have. Still checking other resources.

As DMB said, these will not be in your library. Let me explain:
"Reverse Interlinears" start from the English translation (which is what makes them "reverse"). So if you have a "reverse interlinear" tied to the ESV, you will see what is the original language word "under" (the basis for) the English one. Want to know what the Greek word translated "World" is? You can find that in the Reverse Interlinear. Here is what it looks like:
This is from my ESV. The top two lines are the text. I have clicked on "world," with the "reverse interlinear" turned on (alpha/omega icon). The reverse interlinear is the box at the bottom (which is currently 8 lines of information).
NOTE: You may have aquired "reverse interlinears" for bibles you don't own. If you purchase them, the RI's will work in those resources as well.

Hello JT,
Thanks for the explanation on the interlinears. That really helps.

That's strange. I see them so they are available as below:
Can you post a screenshot (use the paperclip icon) showing what you see in this section of the Guides / Workflow menu?

Graham,
Looking at your screenshot, I see both of these workflows named slightly different from what they are referred to on the Logos page.
Sorry, but it looks like I have every resource I bought. I guess attention to detail is something I'm beginning to lose.
Thank you.
