Change Note Icons to end of verse Please

When I create a new note... and give it an icon, the icon appeard all over the place: in the heading of the chapter, before the verse number and after the verse number. I've never figured out what I am doing to make the icon to appear wherever it appears.

A simple solution to this would be to have all note icons appear at the end of the verse to which they are anchored to. I think this would be more aesthetically pleasing to everyone. And the icons would appear in the same place everywhere.

Watch carefully:

• when you selected the text, did you include the verse number?
• any space before the verse number?
• only the Biblical text .... no verse or chapter number?

That should show you most of the patterns; the treatment of pericope headings and chapter headings can sometimes seem random as we cannot see the sequence of the underlying tags ... yes, the apparent randomness can be annoying.

After two decades of Logos training me to expect the note icons at the front, I wouldn't be pleased to have to retrain ... especially off-the-screen retrain.
