"Copy URL" problem

From time to time I want to make a note in a resource that references a particular passage in another resource (book).  I select the section of material I wish to reference, right-click and in the context popup menu select "Reference..." and then click "Copy URL" which I paste in a note or other document.  However, later on clicking the hyperlink pops up a different resource, or at least not the correct volume.  For example if I make a "copy URL" from D. A. Carson's For the Love of God, Volume 2 the hyperlink opens volume 1 of the same date (as these two volumes are daily devotionals).  Is there a way to correct this?  Should these volumes have a "Set series" name?

I select the section of material I wish to reference, right-click and in the context popup menu select "Reference..." and then click "Copy URL"

This gives a generic reference for your preferred resource (which appears to be volume 1 of Carson). You should

    • select some text from anywhere in the article (this is your start point)
    • select URL  from "copy location as" in the Panel menu
    • paste the link

This is resource specific and it will open to the portion of text you selected.

You can paste into the Command Box to test it.
