Hebrew Font not Displaying Properly

I've been using 'The First Hebrew Primer' 3rd edition on the free version of Logos 10 (Windows 10 machine) and I'm running into some issues. Certain characters aren't displayed as they should be (compared with print version) that make certain paradigms unintelligible. This is frustrating since this textbook cost money and is required for my university course, so a fix would be greatly appreciated. (I've tried the three different Hebrew fonts in Logos and none seem to help).

Below is an example of how Logos and the print version differ (only have access to limited print pages). Also further issues when sending to kindle (diacritical marks show up in wrong place (impossible to differentiate shin and sin for example)).
