Unable to remove card
I cannot remove one of these cards from the dashboard as the card does not have a menu icon (the three vertical dots). Any ideas?

Are you referring to the Knox one? Obviously it would be hard to see the vertical dots since they would be the same (or similar) color. Are you sure they are not there?
It also may be that this is pre-arranged with Knox. Are you a current student / staff? Did you aquire your library through Knox?

Yes, the Knox card. There are no vertical dots (I've tried every angle, and they aren't there).
I was a student with Knox back in 2013-2016, and it was a Knox/Logos partnership. It seems odd that my dashboard would be permanently branded with their logo over a few years of schooling.

Nathaniel, these partner branding cards are based on group membership. Specifically, in this case, you are seeing this card because you're a member of https://faithlife.com/knox-theological-seminary.
The card should disappear if you leave that group.
