How do I remove this highliting in CSB?
The visual filter menu for the resource (three circles icon) controls this. The highlights appear to be from another translation, so you will need to experiment.
If JT's guess is correct, check on the Visual Filter section "Notes and Highlights (Corresponding)". Uncheck it to turn off all notes and highlights made in another Bible.
