Please Allow Removal of Home Page Dashboard
It would be nice to be able to get rid of the dashboard section of the homepage. I like the homepage, but I've never used the dashboard. None of the options are relevant to me, and so I just have this big box of wasted space always present at the top of the home page.

I turned the banner off.... but even with that, I don't use the Home Page. Just not my style. I roll with using Layouts or such.

Layouts can be initiated from the Home Page dashboard just as they can be launched from shortcuts or favorites - they are simply more visible.
