Bug: "Insert Text" Capsule Highlight Overlaps with Hebrew Characters

I believe there was a recent improvement to the rendering of Hebrew characters in Logos. That may have messed with the "Insert Text" capsule highlight. I'm pretty sure this highlight used to be displayed properly, with no overlap with the text. Now, however, there are several times where it overlaps with the text on the line below or right next to it.
