I see this is a longstanding problem that has not been addressed after many years/decade.
I'll explain the problem. In the Table of Contents, imagine you've opened up numerous books of the Bible, say, over 50+. And then you want to start from scratch with all the books closed, does anyone see the problem with the user-interface in that the user has to backtrack and manually close each of those opened-books, one by one?
Why can't there be a close-all button?
I realise that maybe non-Bible books might not have the code facility to do that. But the most frequent need is when opening many dozens of books in a Bible, and then having to manually close each one, one by one, to get back to a state where the Bible's Table of Contents has all its books closed.
