Trying to Install Logos 10 on a Windows 11 Laptop

My laptop is a Lenovo Yoga with an i5 chip. I have over 100 Gigs of hard drive space. Previously I had Logos on a partition on the C: drive. I deleted all partitions and allocated the unallocated space. This means I deleted Logos when I deleted the D: volume. I then searched the computer and deleted everything that said Logos. It's not in my uninstall programs, no app data, nothing. When I downloaded the Logos installer, it opens for a brief second then says Logos is up to date, remember there's no trace of Logos on my computer.

I've downloaded and deleted the installer several times, but still says the same thing. I also ran it as an administrator and still get the same error.

What do I do to get it installed? I've also compressed my C drive, did a virus scan, defragged my hard drive and optimized it. I used Glary Pro Utilities to check for installed programs, check disc for errors, and other tasks. Still nothing.
