pseudepigrapha:"Apocalypse of Daniel 2.1" is obviously something different that Daniel 2.1. The erroneous auto linking by the parsing routine is NOT helpful.
This seems to be the same issue as you reported in this thread, namely that we aren't parsing Pseudepigrapha references in Notes. I've added a link to this thread to that case.
