Logos Phone app not working

H, I have Logos 9 on my lap top (latest update was 25.2). I have the mobile app on my Oppo AX5 phone.

Until now App has worked fine, but suddenly it won't open the Logos programme. Was going to reload App, but there was a note saying it is not compatible with my phone. I have tried restarting my phone to no avail. I have had no communication from Logos to say  there could be a problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions.

    First confirm...

    Since we only support the latest version of the app, the minimum supported operating systems currently are:

    • Android 9.0 and Fire OS 7.0 for Logos 24.0.

    Hi Bruce,

    I am sorry to hear that you have been having this difficulty.

    Please use these instructions to make sure you have updated this device to the latest version of Android that is available for it. The minimum version required for our app is 9.0.

    If your device is running Android 9.0 or higher, you should be able to re-install our app.

    If you are unable to update to the minimum required version of Android, you might be able to access your library using our web app or biblia.com. Otherwise, I can only recommend using a different device instead.
