moving resources from Libronix to L4Mac

I started using L4Mac back in the Alpha stage and have enjoyed it.  However, it has been so long ago, I can't remember how I got my resources moved over from Libronix!

I am in Asia and can't use the "update resources" option because it would require me to download 6GB of files and I pay $75/month for 4GB of bandwidth. 

I bought an additional book today, and I was able to get it working in Libronix, but I can't figure out how to get it into L4Mac.  Any help?

An unrelated question is that when I downloaded the file for Libronix, it said "downloadedfile" in my downloads folder and when I put it into the resources folder, it just says "document" under file type, even though all the other resources say "Unix executable file" for file type.

In the command bar, type "scan x", where x is the full path to the folder in which you're storing the new resource.

Many of our books have incorrect file permissions set on them (an artifact of their Windows heritage…) that cause Mac OS X to believe that they are programs that could be executed. It doesn't actually hurt anything, and we've never bothered to fix it because it's so rare that anyone needs to look at the files themselves.
