What is the best way to find the many references to the Holy Spirit in John's Gospel using Logos?

Open a search window (the little magnifying glass on the tool bar). At the top of the search window are four selectable fields. In the first one select your bible of choice. The second should say "All Bible Text", select "Verse" in the third, and select "John" or whatever section of the bible you want to display for in the last field.
In the search bar type: person:"Holy Spirit" and press Enter. Every reference to the Holy Spirit in John will be displayed verse by verse even references to the Holy Spirit as "He" or "It". Make sure and put quotes around "Holy Spirit" in the search window so Logos treats the two words as a single unit. Attached is a screen shot which may or may not be clear. Hope this helps. Do a Bible search for "Lemma.g:πνεῦμα" with search range set to your "preferred Bible, All Bible text, Verse, John" which will give a listing of all verses in John where the word "pneuma" (spirit) is used in John in the reverse interlinear of your preferred Bible.
Next, study the verses in their context and determine shades of meaning, such as who or what the term "spirit" refers to arrive at your answer to your question.
