Book download spinny wheel of death

I bought two books today, and one of them will not download. I just get the spinny wheel of death telling me it is downloading but it's been 12 hours and still nothing. I have shut down the software and rebooted it but got the same result. Any ideas?

What book is it? Not that it matters.

Can you enable logging and post your logs here? See here for info on how to do that, depending on whether you're on Windows or Mac.

It might not be anything we fellow users can help you with. You might be better off calling Faithlife/Logos Customer Support (888-398-9481) during 6AM - 6PM Pacific Time. Especially if you're in a hurry for a solution. Sometimes the back and forth on the forums can take a while, even if an MVP can figure out exactly what's going on by looking at your log files.
