My Faithlife account not working

My Logos and faithlife account suddenly stopped working says "Invalid email or password" even though credentials correct and I cannot reset my password. It says "Page expired". How Can I fix This problem?

    This is not the sort of question that can be answered on the forums. You'll need to contact Customer Service about that. Call them during business hours (weekdays 6AM-6PM Pacific Time) at +1-888-563-0382, or email them at customerservice@faithlife.com.

    It is possible that a Faithlife employee might see this post and reach out to you, knowing your name which they could hopefully look up in their system and get your email address or phone number. But there's no guarantee. As you can see, they didn't answer it yet in five days. It's the weekend for them now. I'd email or call them on Monday.
