The Help Menu is dead. Not even the search function for the other menu items are there.
It is still working for me under these conditions:
What version are you on? I just changed my application to German UI and that help menu is working for me. I'm on version v26.0.21.
If you have any other information that might help lead to a replicated state that you have. Feel free to add that information. Happy to continue looking into this, but might need some more information as it seems to be working for me.
It's been flakey the last few days (previously noted earlier). Flake-icity was on 25.x and now 26.0. For me (english UI), it positions the Help panel to the far left, as if the X-value is zero (or a failed calculation). But. It's not predictable ... I've been watching it (today, several left, several right, re-started, and re-booted).
May be independent of Fabian's issue.

Maybe a Ventura Beta issue in conjunction with Logos/Verbum.
This is still an issue. Currently I'm on Ventura.

Along with the incorrect hotkey listed for Help (F1) on the current Macs. On mine it's fn F1. But on the wiki it's shift-cmd-slash. But using that sequence opens a text box under the Mac Help Menu!

Puzzling. Does Help menu appear for English UI ? If so, does Hilfe menu appear after switching back to Deutsch UI ?
Verbum 30 Beta 2 on macOS Ventura 13.6.1 using Intel Core i9 has Deutsch & English help search results for ver:

I'm on 29.1 and unfortunately it doesn't appear in the English UI too. I'm on Ventura 13.6.1 too.
Does Help menu appear for English UI ?
I can confirm that it does not on my installation.

Again completely dead on 36.1. And before it worked only 1/4 of what it should. Please FIX.
I can confirm, but I am currently running macOS 15 (so not officially supported).
