NRSVue not downloading to desktop
I recently purchased NRSVue. it loads on the web app but not on desktop. When I follow the links to open in logos, it says I do not have the license to view the product, but again, i can view it on the web app.
I am using Logos 8 still, but other new resources seem to work just fine. Any suggestions?

Well, the first possibility is, are you signing in with the same email on Logos, as on your account and the web? Does Logos have an older email address?
And, the old version, sometimes new resources don't run on older app versions (I was on L7 for a long time).

The NRSVue is a fairly recent resource that is not compatible with older versions of our software. That is not to say that all recently released resources are incompatible.
You will need to install the free version of Logos 10 to access it in our Desktop software.

It is important to remember that some older computers may not have the OS to run the current version of Logos.

Ahem. (You didn't get the memo). You meant to say, you need to update to the current version of the engine, which is currently version 26.
