Saving passages to Favorites

I have several saved passages in my Favorites folder but can't find a way to save new passages there. Can anyone help point me in the right direction? Thanks.

    New passage into an existing Favorite, or New Favorite for new passage?

    If the former, a Passage List, in a Favorite might be better?
