Question of origin

I am trying to find the origin of a quote that the Bible is the basic instructions before leaving earth. I searched in Logos but only got 3 hits. None of these hits gave any substance. Any thoughts?

What search did you use and what answers did you get back?

Using that search string I just get the one result which simply recognises it as a quotation but suggests the author is unknown.

But it seems to be more generally recognised with Instructions as opposed to Instruction and is generally referenced as something commonly used without attributing it to a specific individual

It's important to remember that if the books we own don't have the phrase then Logos isn't going to be able to return results.
