Personal book question

I know that there are some resources in Logos where you can type your responses in a text box.  Is this feature available in a personal book?

Also, here's one I did a few years ago, if you'd like an example. The boxes have to be uniquely numbered. For this one, I started in Excel, where it was easy to increment them, then pasted into Word. If you're interested in that aspect, let me know and I'll dig up the XL file.
