I think the zoom is still not displaying right in the Biblical Places and Biblical Things. Biblical Places is fixed, I think. When you zoom in, some of the image is covered by the tool bar. see attached.
Dewayne:
The behavior is expected and consistent with the Windows version. If you press the "fit" button the image and the text around the image should appear only underneath the ribbon. That makes the text hard to read. I would suggest making the panel bigger and hitting "Actual Size" some of the image is under the ribbon but you can use the mouse to move the image in the panel.

The problem is that you cannot drag the image out from underneath the ribbon, even when zoomed as in the screen shot. This was reported here . I think the Biblical Places was fixed in B6. But Biblical Things is still not working. I did just now check this on my Win machine. The behavior between the two OS is not the same. The Win machine drags out without problem.

I see what you are talking about now. Thanks for the clarification. I was not aware the problem had to do specifically with being unable to drag the image out from underneath the ribbon. I actually have noticed a more broad scale issue with dragging the image within the panel. I'll look to see if there is a case about this already and if not create one.
Biblical Places handles its own zooming and panning in mostly common code between windows and Mac. While they look somewhat similar, Biblical People and Things use a different zoom panel that we've (Mac) created that does not account for the padding when panning the zoomed image around (to drag it out from under the ribbon).
