Names of God Interactive: Mysterious Numbers?

Two issues:

1. The 'Names of God' interactive lists Yahweh as occurring 5330 times. However I came across a few other sources which said 6828. And sure enough, when I click on it, it brings up a Bible Word Study which tells me that there are 6826 occurrences.

For Elohim, 996 occurrences are listed, but if I click on it, the Bible Word Study lists 2330 occurences as references to 'God (Israelite)'.

Am I missing something really obvious?

I wondered if the count was of verses rather than uses of the names, but it seems not (ie Psalm 94:1 is listed twice under 'God of Vengeance').

2. Is there a way to limit results to 'Old and New Testament', the way the regular Bible Search function allows you to? (ie excluding deuterocanonical/apocryphal books)

    Names of God has a number of phrases that include that Hebrew word, that might account for much or all of the discrepancy.
